While growing up in a small New York town fostered Mario J. Fratto's caring and sincere approach to the law, living and studying in major cities in the U.S. and abroad has made him comfortable in fast-paced, and often aggressive, legal arenas.

Attorney Mario J. Fratto holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors in criminal law, constitutional law and secured transactions. In addition, he has furthered his commercial law education by obtaining a Graduate Certificate in business law and studying financial markets, banking and international business law in Milan, Italy.
