Attorney Bio

 Mario J. Fratto was born and raised in Geneva, New York. After spending a few years living in New York City and traveling abroad, he returned back to Upstate New York.  Mario attended Syracuse University and graduated cum laude, with a B.A. in History. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California with honors in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Secured Transactions; and also a Graduate Certificate in Business Law.  While attending USC Mario studied Financial Markets, Banking and International Business Law at Bocconi University, in Milan, Italy. 

Growing up in a small town in the Finger Lakes allowed Mario to develop a candid and personable approach to problem solving - treating every person with respect and sincerity. Living in major cities like Los Angeles and New York has made him comfortable and efficient in fast-paced environments, addressing complex issues. Mario has traveled abroad to over 25 countries and this experience allows him to take a sensitive and multicultural approach with helping people from all walks of life. He speaks fluent Italian and is conversational in Spanish.

Before going on to college and law school Mario spent most of his years working long days of construction and he can appreciate a hard day's work. That is why he will always make it a point to consider your individual economic situation and try to be fair and understanding. At large firms you may not be a priority, but with Mario you can rest assured you will always be.
